Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GardLayer website, trial, and platform (the "Service"), operated by PT Karsa Sibernetik Internasional. By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
GardLayer is a Trust & AI Security Layer platform offering shadow-AI discovery (LENSA), browser DLP (KAWAL), LLM gateway firewall (GERBANG), AI asset inventory (PETA), and a centralized security console (MENARA), made available as SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid deployments depending on your plan.
2. Accounts and Trial
You must register using a valid company email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes and may be limited in duration, users, or functionality as described on our Pricing page.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass its security controls, using it to process unlawful content, or reselling or sublicensing access without our written consent.
4. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle presented at checkout or in your order form. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Enterprise and Government plans are subject to a separate agreement.
5. Customer Data and Ownership
As between you and GardLayer, you retain all ownership rights to the data processed through your deployment (including DNS logs, browser events, and LLM traffic metadata generated within your organization). We process this data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
GardLayer and PT Karsa Sibernetik Internasional retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, modules, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information disclosed in connection with the Service and to use it only for purposes of exercising rights and fulfilling obligations under these Terms.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Except as expressly set out in a signed agreement or SLA, GardLayer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Karsa Sibernetik Internasional shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with your plan's cancellation terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
