How is GardLayer priced?
Pricing depends on the plan, the number of seats and the deployment model. It is confirmed in a written quote or order form before you pay anything — email hello@gardlayer.com for a quote.
How long does deployment take?
SaaS onboarding can usually be completed within 1 business day. On-premises deployment typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your infrastructure.
Is our data secure?
Traffic is protected with TLS (terminated by your reverse proxy or ingress). Sensitive stored content, such as gateway prompts and responses, integration credentials and MFA seeds, is encrypted at rest with AES-256. GardLayer is not yet SOC 2 certified; the product includes a SOC 2 readiness assessment to help you prepare your own audit. On-premises deployments keep your data on infrastructure you control.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Yes. Plan changes are made by our team on request and take effect immediately, in both directions. Features of the new plan apply right away, so downgrading removes access to higher-plan features at once.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 30-day free trial needs no credit card and includes GardLens shadow-AI discovery for up to 25 users. Our team contacts you after you register to set it up.
